During our family vacation at Hotel Flysch, we found it to be a well-situated base for exploring the beautiful Basque Country. Located just steps from the start of the stunning Ruta del Flysch hiking trail and close to the beach, it provided easy access to both nature and local culture. My children enjoyed the spacious, bright rooms which comfortably accommodated our family. The hotel's approach to hospitality was evident when the staff helped us with everything from finding nearby dining options to suggesting great swimming spots, catering to the whole family's needs. While we faced an unexpected situation when my wife fell ill, the staff remained communicative throughout. Although they did not refund our second night, they were understanding during our hurried departure to seek medical care. Hotel Flysch offered a welcoming family atmosphere, and despite the challenge we faced, we appreciated its practicality in fulfilling our family's travel needs while enjoying the captivating local scenery.
